Rebecca manages outreach for Population Connection’s Grassroots program, a position she has held since 2008. She organizes Capitol Hill Days, Population Connection’s annual advocacy weekend. Prior to working at Population Connection, she taught in the learning disabilities program at the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School. She graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in Women and Gender Studies.
