Earth Day Challenge Day 15: Reduce Food Waste!

April 15, 2020

Today we’re challenging you to think about how you can reduce food waste in your household. As we learned from our earlier #PCEarthDay challenge on composting, organic waste takes up about a third of our landfill space. To reduce how much food you throw out, plan meals ahead of time to better approximate the portions you will need before you go to the market!

Here’s some tips to help you get started with meal planning! https://www.thekitchn.com/the-beginners-guide-to-meal-planning-what-to-know-how-to-succeed-and-what-to-skip-242413
